RCTXImpact (RCTXI) is a research and policy innovation initiative based in Islamabad, Pakistan, committed to generating rigorous, policy-relevant evidence for inclusive and equitable development.

We design and evaluate interventions using randomized controlled trials, behavioral economics, and applied microeconomic methods.

Our core research centers on developing economies, where we produce context-specific, policy-relevant evidence. In parallel, we collaborate with academic institutions, policymakers, and partner organizations in both developing and developed economies to design, implement, and support randomized controlled trials and related causal inference methods, including quasi-experimental approaches and impact evaluations.

Our work spans women’s empowerment, labor markets, artificial intelligence, mental health, marginalized communities, and criminal justice reform.
